Whitebear Studios Collectibles Plus offers the following Returns Policy:

RETURN POLICY:

We provide a money back policy for any item returned within fourteen (14) days (RETURN POSTAGE NOT REFUNDABLE). Please provide information for the reason for return. In addition, please include the original packaging and materials. Refunds issued when items have been returned.

A 25 per cent (25%) deduction will be charged if the item or items are returned damaged and improperly packaged (must include all original packing materials).

NOTE: ITEMS THAT ARE BROKEN DURING INSTALLATION BY CUSTOMER ARE NOT COVERED BY THE ABOVE RETURN POLICY.
